In India where about 70% population is living in rural areas bank should mustthink
for mobile banking system .It is possible taking the concept of CBS system and ATM
system together where all transactions are satellite /internet based . This mobile
team mounted on a van may visit on different route in rural area .One area may be
repeated on weekly basis.In this way micro investment may take quantum jump in
India because of maximum participation of women and poor people who otherwise not
in regular touch of banks due to transport or other socio-economic reason.This will
reduce crowd in banks also. -Lalit . (Satyamev jayate )
